How has working with Gemma helped your business?

Gemma has helped us better understand our books and accounting which has given us a better understanding of the direction we need to go to continue to progress. Having all our accounts in line has been a major relief.

What problems did you find with accounts before you met Gemma?

With previous accounting firms, there seemed to be a lot of confusion with our books and what exactly was going on. It seemed they didn’t quite understand the direction we wanted to go and how organized we needed everything to be. Gemma came in and helped sort all of that out so it’s clear.

Would you recommend Gemma?

Absolutely.

“Gemma and her team are all you want from an Accounting firm and more. As a small business, I need Accountants who I can trust and come with experience and local knowledge. Go Figure cleaned up a lot of mistakes made previously, ensuring we are compliant in terms of VAT and Corporate Tax and now manage both our businesses in the UAE and Singapore. Parenting with them means I can focus on ‘our business’. I would 100% recommend them.”

Our Happy Clients

"Go Figure are professional, timely and extremely thorough. Gemma and her team sorted all of our accounting issues out and are always on hand for any accounting advice. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending then to any company."

"I’ve never enjoyed accounts, well that was I met Gemma. I wanted to work with a female accountant who understood my lifestyle business and goals. Over the past 12 months of working to gether, I am so clear on my financials incomings and outgoings. Gemma has been patient and helped me to see where I can save money in my business and also grow it in other areas. I would have no hesitation recommending Gemma and only wish I had found her earlier."

"We contacted Gemma and after a pleasant meeting with her, gave her a challenge, not only to run our accounts but rectify our Quickbooks (which to be honest was not in the best of order). Gemma was able to precisely remedy all of our accounts queries and problems and bring everything concisely up to date. She also calculated and processed our VAT returns . I would recommend Gemma to anyone who wants their accounts run with accuracy and efficiency."

"I started my business 3 years ago working out of a lockup with sketchy excel entries as records of my sales and costs, but as momentum grew I was fortunate enough to solicit the help of Gemma who made an immediate impact through her deep knowledge and personalised approach to understanding my business, my aspirations and day to day challenges. Now I have a trusted advisor in Gemma that has supported me to grow year on year through insightful Monthly reporting packs, but the factor that I would mostly recommend Gemma for is the bespoke personalised service offered since no two businesses are the same"

"Gemma joined Delta Sound during a period of transition and growth of the company and immediately made her mark as a first class accountant. Gemma introduced new systems and procedures that provide extremely clear and accurate management account for the shareholders. Our growth at the time meant that shortly after joining, we opened up 3 more business units, all as separate entities and required individual books. This was done seamlessly allowing the company to focus on growth. In 2018, Gemma’s controlled accounts system was instrumental to the successful sale of the company, to which she also handles all the due diligence requests. I could not recommend Gemma highly enough for both her work ethic and personal traits."
